Even though you spend much of your life dissecting their life, they do not give a second thought to you or your existence. <BR/><BR/>Often times the 'Pooch Effect can even manifest itself in situations where the other person has maybe only spoken to you once or twice, and maybe lives in a different state, and maybe spent the whole summer in the place where you live but didn't try to contact you once.
